Welcome to VibeAIHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our service. By accessing or using VibeAIHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using VibeAIHub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using VibeAIHub on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
VibeAIHub provides an AI-powered service that converts GitHub repositories into structured, readable documentation ("the Service"). The Service includes:
- Repository analysis and structure extraction
- AI-generated code explanations and documentation
- Multiple export formats (PDF, Markdown, EPUB)
- API access for eligible plans
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with notice to subscribers.
3. Subscription Terms and Billing
Billing Cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You will be charged the then-current rate.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice before your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription.
Refund Policy
14-Day Free Trial: Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required until the trial ends.
Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of any charge if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact [email protected] with your refund request.
Prorated Refunds: For annual subscriptions, refunds are prorated based on unused months.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We commit to the following service levels:

Credits: If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits equal to the prorated amount of the affected subscription period.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use VibeAIHub to:
Prohibited Activities
- Submit repositories containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Generate documentation for illegal purposes or to facilitate wrongdoing
- Exceed rate limits or attempt to abuse the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use the Service to compete directly with VibeAIHub
- Share accounts or credentials (Team plan members excepted)
Rate Limits
- Free Plan: 3 books per month
- Pro Plan: 20 books per month
- Team Plan: 100 books per month
- API: 100 requests per minute per API key
Content Restrictions
You must have the legal right to process any repository you submit. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable licenses, including open source licenses.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain ownership of all repository code and other content you submit to VibeAIHub. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
- We do not claim ownership of your source code
- We do not store your source code after processing
- Generated documentation is based on your content
Generated Documentation
The documentation structure, explanations, and organization generated by VibeAIHub are provided to you under your subscription. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated documentation as you see fit.
VibeAIHub Property
The VibeAIHub service, including our AI models, algorithms, website design, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Open Source License Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that any repository you submit complies with its applicable open source license. Generated documentation may incorporate code excerpts which are subject to the original repository's license.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEAIHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated documentation
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Termination and Suspension
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your payment method fails repeatedly
- We discontinue the Service (with 30 days notice)
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except as required by law. Generated documentation will also be deleted unless you export it before termination.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
- Arbitration will be conducted in English
- Arbitrator's decision is final and binding
- Each party bears its own attorneys' fees
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeAIHub, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the Service
11. General Provisions
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeAIHub regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
